Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, tech support, or a related field

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or helpdesk tools is a plus

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve customer issues effectively
