This is an IC role and will report directly to the VP of Sales.

How you will contribute:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends within the mid-market and enterprise segments of the health, beauty, and wellness industry.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential strategic partners
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to drive partnership opportunities forward.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the mid-market and enterprise segments, leveraging industry insights and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partnership initiatives with company objectives.
  • Leverage existing networks and industry contacts within the health, beauty, and wellness sector to drive partnership opportunities and expand Vagaro's market reach.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of potential partners, highlighting the value proposition of Vagaro's solutions.
  • Lead negotiation processes to secure partnership agreements, including contract terms, pricing, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of partnership initiatives, providing regular reporting to senior management.

Who we are searching for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness industry
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships with mid-market and enterprise-level organizations
  • Deep understanding of the health, beauty, and wellness industry, including market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the health, beauty, and wellness sector
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
